SHIPPING POLICIES

1. Processing Times
Orders are processed the next day after payment confirmation. For pre-orders, the processing time will be indicated in the product description.

2. Shipping Methods and Times
Delivery time is 7 to 12 business days after purchase. 

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping is free to all of Mexico.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking number directly to your email or via WhatsApp. Additionally, you will receive personalized support at all times until you receive your product. Before your package ships, you will receive proof of the product and its packaging so you can verify that everything is in excellent condition.

5. Coverage Areas
Shipping coverage applies to all of Mexico with free shipping. However, in the case of an extended area, the customer will be charged an additional $280 pesos, which will be notified after purchase. If the customer does not wish to pay this amount, the product will be sent to the "Ocurre" branch closest to their home, provided there is one.

As a second option, the customer can request shipping to another address not registered during the initial purchase so that the free shipping benefit is respected.

6. Delivery Problems
If your package has not arrived within the estimated time, please contact us at the email davidpolophoto@gmail.com to provide you with assistance. We are not responsible for delays attributable to the courier company.

7. Returns for Shipping Problems
If the package is returned due to an incorrect address or a missing recipient, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We are not responsible for damage caused during shipping, but we can help you file a claim with the shipping company.8. Contact
